How:

You will generate the leads or place technical staff with clients. We will support you to succeed and reap the benefits.

Simple model:

1. 50-50 profit sharing on your leads(after all the expenses).

2. We will provide resources and coaching.

3. 10% of total profit before splitting can be spent on your development(Trainings, job boards or on-line subscriptions etc.).

4. No commitments or frills (This relationship is designed for mutual win).
